Peace of mind on the quality of your installation, on top of your manufacturer warranty.

1. What is covered

Every installation arranged by Norvera is covered by a workmanship guarantee of 12 months from the installation date, in addition to your manufacturer warranty. The workmanship guarantee covers faults caused by the quality of the installation work itself, such as connections, fittings and the way the boiler was fitted.

2. How to make a claim

If a workmanship fault appears within the guarantee period, contact us and we will arrange for it to be put right at no cost to you.

3. What is not covered

The guarantee does not cover faults caused by the appliance itself (covered by the manufacturer warranty), misuse, lack of annual servicing, or changes made by another engineer.

4. Your statutory rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are in addition to this guarantee.
