1. About us
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Norvera website and services. Norvera is a trading name of CSS International Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16110027. Registered office: 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT.
By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
2. Our role as intermediary
Norvera acts solely as an intermediary. We connect customers who require boiler replacement or installation services with independent, Gas Safe registered engineers.
We do not carry out any installation, repair or maintenance work ourselves. The contract for any installation work is between you and the engineer or installation company we introduce you to.
3. Quotations
Quotations provided through Norvera are fixed-price and based on the information you supply. A quotation is not a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Prices are subject to a pre-installation survey. If the engineer identifies additional work required (e.g. flue modifications, system upgrades), this will be communicated to you before any additional costs are incurred.
4. Warranty
All new boiler installations arranged through Norvera include the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10 years, subject to the specific model and annual servicing requirements). Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and are separate from any guarantee provided by the installing engineer.
Norvera itself does not provide any manufacturer or parts warranty. Any warranty claim should be directed to the manufacturer or the installing engineer as appropriate.
5. Gas Safe registration
All engineers introduced by Norvera hold current Gas Safe registration. You have the right to ask the engineer to show their Gas Safe ID card before any work begins. You can verify registration at gassaferegister.co.uk.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requesting a quotation
- Ensure reasonable access to the property on the agreed installation date
- Notify us promptly if your circumstances or requirements change
7. Limitation of liability
Norvera's liability is limited to the role of intermediary. We are not liable for the quality, timeliness or outcome of installation work carried out by any introduced engineer.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel an enquiry or confirmed booking at any time prior to the installation date. Please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if significant preparation work or parts have been ordered — these will be communicated to you in advance.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at hello@norvera.co.uk or call 07506 418 993. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
